Lars Heldre has spent his entire carrier in sales and marketing. He was a fulltime licensed Realtor for 6 years before becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker and launching SuperiorFloridaRealty.com in the fall of 2007. He comes from a family that has a long background in real estate and has a true passion for the industry and the people aspect of the business. He was born and raised in Oslo, Norway, has worked for several IT related companies as a sales and marketing executive, founded the US company CompIntel, Inc. in 2003, and has through his career negotiated many big contracts with Fortune 500 companies.
Lars is somewhat of a perfectionist and believes in running a business that takes full advantage of everything the Internet has to offer as well as other IT solutions to create and run the most effective and productive operation possible in today’s market.
Steinar Faanes
Realtor - Orlando Specialist
Steinar Faanes has over 30 years of experience as an international executive for Norwegian and international corporations. He has been directly responsible for negotiating acquisitions and mergers in Asia, Europe and the States. From this experience he has acquired a vast amount of knowledge with regard to business and legal practices in the international business market.
In the States he has been President of several Norwegian and Swiss owned subsidiaries. He started investing in real estate in the States in 1995 and started his own consulting company FAANES LLC in 2002. Since 2004 he has been actively engaged in property management and catered to Scandinavian tourist in the Orlando area.
Steinar Faanes is a licensed Florida Realtor and is today part of the SuperiorFloridaRealty.com/FloridaBolig.com team and resides in Kissimmee with his Norwegian wife Lise.
Charles P. Kaler
Realtor - South Florida
Charles P. Kaler is from upstate New York, goes by the name Chuck, and is as most successful sales people the kind of person everyone would like to have as a friend. Chuck has lived 3 years in Norway (Nøtterøy) and is fluent in Norwegian. Before becoming involved in the real estate industry he spent several years in the automobile industry where he worked in management, marketing and sales. He has also owned his own dealerships and been heavily involved in exporting vehicles to the Scandinavian countries.
Chuck Kaler is a licensed Florida Realtor and is today part of the SuperiorFloridaRealty.com/FloridaBolig.com team and resides in Boynton Beach, Florida with his wife Susan.
